What sort of person would do this? OK I can almost understand the vandalism but to behead the birds & poison the fish??!!
This park is awesome- it has huge fields, tennis courts, gardens, playgrounds, petting zoo & manor house and it’s all FREE!! Amazing place to take the kids. It’s a tremendous thing of beauty in an area that has a large proportion of low income families. How do you even begin to explain this to you kids?
